一、主要做法如何調(diào)動(dòng)機(jī)關(guān)公務(wù)員積極性,將繁瑣、重復(fù)的機(jī)關(guān)事務(wù)如實(shí)記錄;如何提高平時(shí)記錄的主動(dòng)性和真實(shí)性,解決好這兩個(gè)問(wèn)題,是開(kāi)展平時(shí)考核的基礎(chǔ)。按照客觀公正、注重實(shí)績(jī)、簡(jiǎn)便易行的原則,省外辦采取自我考核與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合、定性與定量相結(jié)合等方法,細(xì)化考核內(nèi)容、規(guī)范考核方法、強(qiáng)化結(jié)果運(yùn)用,逐漸摸索出一套符合外事工作實(shí)際的平時(shí)考核辦法。

感觸之二:要深刻理解每一條款的內(nèi)在要求 關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)員工守則的方式方法,尤其是經(jīng)過(guò)了二級(jí)分行舉辦的“學(xué)守則、遵規(guī)章”合規(guī)知識(shí)競(jìng)賽的檢驗(yàn),個(gè)人認(rèn)為要學(xué)好守則,必須做到一是對(duì)守則的條款要理解性記憶,不可死記硬背。能記憶并熟知守則的條款內(nèi)容是貫徹落實(shí)好守則的前提,雖然不能排除極少數(shù)人有超人的記憶能力的可能,但絕大多數(shù)人的記憶能力都差不多,所以我們?cè)谟洃洉r(shí)要充分理解每一個(gè)條款,抓住關(guān)鍵字詞記憶,如勤勉盡職部分,我們應(yīng)知道勤勉盡職在守則中體現(xiàn)的就是“制度要求、專業(yè)水準(zhǔn)、工作效率以及禁止性規(guī)定”,堅(jiān)持專業(yè)水準(zhǔn)當(dāng)然要加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí),不斷提高;提高工作效率當(dāng)然要科學(xué)管理時(shí)間,不相互扯皮等;二是要聯(lián)系記憶。即把守則中倡導(dǎo)我們作什么,禁止我們做什么聯(lián)系起來(lái),找出不同要求間的深層的聯(lián)系,如關(guān)于員工在工作中如何做到依法合規(guī)方面,可以提煉出“倡導(dǎo)我們牢固樹(shù)立法律意識(shí)和合規(guī)意識(shí),禁止任何以違規(guī)為代價(jià)的追求利益行為”,這樣對(duì)整個(gè)依法合規(guī)部分的記憶就會(huì)容易些;
