
一、教材分析《獵人海力布》是一則在內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)流傳的民間故事,故事描寫了善良、誠(chéng)實(shí)的海力布,為了拯救鄉(xiāng)親們的生命,不惜自己變成一塊石頭。人們因此世世代代紀(jì)念他。這則故事雖然篇幅較長(zhǎng),但語言通俗易懂,圍繞海力布“舍己救鄉(xiāng)親”的中心事件,層層鋪墊,寓理寓情于故事中,給人強(qiáng)烈的感染和教育。本單元的訓(xùn)練重點(diǎn)是簡(jiǎn)要復(fù)述課文。從教材本身看,本課有以下特點(diǎn):一是課題表明寫人;二是情節(jié)生動(dòng),語言通俗易懂;三是想象力奇特豐富。二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)分析要學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)要復(fù)述課文,首先要讓學(xué)生熟悉課文內(nèi)容,理清課文脈絡(luò),因此第一個(gè)教學(xué)目標(biāo)定位為熟悉課文,了解事件的起因、經(jīng)過、結(jié)果。要學(xué)生復(fù)述好課文,可以借助列小標(biāo)題的方法理解課文內(nèi)容、理清層次、找出要點(diǎn)。除了熟悉課文內(nèi)容外,還要理解把握理解課文內(nèi)容及把握人物的品質(zhì),因此,第二個(gè)目標(biāo)定位品讀課文,感悟人物的形象、品質(zhì)。第三目標(biāo)定位簡(jiǎn)要復(fù)述故事,并初步學(xué)習(xí)將人物對(duì)話改成一般敘述的方法。

現(xiàn)行國(guó)有企業(yè)用人制度主要是全員勞動(dòng)合同制和聘任制即以勞動(dòng)合同形式把企業(yè)和個(gè)人之間的關(guān)系明確下來,并對(duì)管理人員和技術(shù)人員實(shí)行分級(jí)聘用。隨著市場(chǎng)化的推進(jìn),這種制度表現(xiàn)出的缺陷是缺乏競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性、公開性、公平性。人員的聘用仍是通過主管提名、人事部門考察、組織討論的方式?jīng)Q定。公開選拔、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗的方式還沒有進(jìn)一步推行。員工與企業(yè)簽訂勞動(dòng)合同后,只要沒有違反廠紀(jì)廠規(guī),都會(huì)按時(shí)享受相應(yīng)待遇,穩(wěn)坐“鐵交椅”。同時(shí)人員配置機(jī)制不規(guī)范,因人設(shè)崗現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,因事配人還不能徹底落實(shí),工作職位與個(gè)人能力上的能級(jí)對(duì)應(yīng)原則沒有充分體現(xiàn)。造成人才缺乏與人才浪費(fèi)并存人才閑置與用人不當(dāng)并存。

我們中華民族是一個(gè)聰明,勤勞的民族,我們的祖先曾經(jīng)為人類提供了開啟世界文明之門的"四大發(fā)明",而在近百年來科學(xué)技術(shù)史上,卻很少有中國(guó)人的名字。形成這種現(xiàn)狀的原因是什么呢?我想,這跟我們民族的創(chuàng)新能力下降有很大的關(guān)系??茖W(xué)的本質(zhì)是創(chuàng)新,那么創(chuàng)新的本質(zhì)又是什么呢?我認(rèn)為,創(chuàng)新的本質(zhì)是進(jìn)取,是不做復(fù)制者,單純的模仿不是創(chuàng)新,令人生厭的重復(fù)也只會(huì)造成原創(chuàng)力的降低。創(chuàng)新不容易但并不神秘,可以說,任何人都可以創(chuàng)新。當(dāng)然知識(shí)越豐富的,他創(chuàng)新的機(jī)會(huì)就越多。可能有些同學(xué)會(huì)認(rèn)為創(chuàng)新只是科學(xué)家才能做的事情,其實(shí)不是的。下面我就給大家講一個(gè)真實(shí)的故事。美國(guó)有個(gè)叫李小曼的畫家,他平時(shí)做事總是丟三落四,繪畫時(shí)也不例外,常常是剛剛找到鉛筆,又望了橡皮放在哪兒了。

(1)文化與經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治在經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)上相互影響。①經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治和文化是社會(huì)生活的三個(gè)基本領(lǐng)域。其中,經(jīng)濟(jì)是基礎(chǔ),政治是經(jīng)濟(jì)的集中表現(xiàn),文化是經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治的反映。一定的文化由一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治所決定,又反作用于一定的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì),給予政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)以重大影響。②經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展是文化發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。但這并不意味著文化的發(fā)展始終與經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展亦步亦趨。如同不能簡(jiǎn)單地把精神文明看作是物質(zhì)文明的派生物和附屬品一樣,也不能簡(jiǎn)單地認(rèn)為文化是經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治的派生物和附屬品。文化有其自身的傳承性和相對(duì)的獨(dú)立性。那種認(rèn)為只要物質(zhì)條件好了,精神文化自然而然地就會(huì)好起來,物質(zhì)條件差一點(diǎn),精神文化就不可能搞好的觀點(diǎn),不符合歷史發(fā)展的事實(shí),是不正確的。③掀開歷史的畫卷,文化既有古今和地域之別,又有先進(jìn)與落后、腐朽之分。不同的文化,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治的影響不同,對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的作用也不同。不同民族的文化,影響不同民族和國(guó)家各具特色的發(fā)展道路。

一般情況下,凡是支持物對(duì)物體的支持力,都是支持物因發(fā)生形變而對(duì)物體產(chǎn)生彈力。所以支持力的方向總是垂直于支持面而指向被支持的物體。例1:放在水平桌面上的書書由于重力的作用而壓迫桌面,使書和桌面同時(shí)發(fā)生微小形變,要恢復(fù)原狀,對(duì)桌面產(chǎn)生垂直于桌面向下的彈力f1,這就是書對(duì)桌面的壓力;桌面由于發(fā)生微小的形變,對(duì)書產(chǎn)生垂直于書面向上的彈力f2,這就是桌面對(duì)書的支持力。學(xué)生分析:靜止地放在傾斜木板上的書,書對(duì)木板的壓力和木板對(duì)書的支持力。并畫出力的示意圖。結(jié)論:壓力、支持力都是彈力。壓力的方向總是垂直于支持面而指向被壓的物體,支持力的方向總是垂直于支持面而指向被支持的物體。引導(dǎo)學(xué)生分析靜止時(shí),懸繩對(duì)重物的拉力及方向。引導(dǎo)得出:懸掛物由于重力的作用而拉緊懸繩,使重物、懸繩同時(shí)發(fā)生微小的形變。重物由于發(fā)生微小的形變,對(duì)懸繩產(chǎn)生豎直向下的彈力f1,這是物對(duì)繩的拉力;懸繩由于發(fā)生微小形變,對(duì)物產(chǎn)生豎直向上的彈力f2,這就是繩對(duì)物體的拉力。

一、教材內(nèi)容經(jīng)全國(guó)中小學(xué)教材審定委員會(huì)2004年初審查通過,人教育出版社出版的普通高中課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)教科書《物理必修①》,第三章第5節(jié)內(nèi)容“力的分解”。二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)1.知識(shí)與技能(1)理解分力的概念,理解力的分解是力的合成的逆運(yùn)算,遵循平行四邊形定則。(2)初步掌握一般情況下力的分解要根據(jù)實(shí)際需要來確定分力的方向。(3)會(huì)用作圖法和直角三角形的知識(shí)求分力。(4)能區(qū)別矢量和標(biāo)量,知道三角形定則,了解三角形定則與平行四邊形定則的實(shí)質(zhì)是一樣的。2.過程與方法(1)進(jìn)一步領(lǐng)會(huì)“等效替代”的思想方法。(2)通過探究嘗試發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、探索問題、解決問題能力。(3)掌握應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)知識(shí)解決物理問題的能力。3.情感態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀(1)通過猜測(cè)與探究享受成功的快樂。(2)感受物理就在身邊,有將物理知識(shí)應(yīng)用于生活和生產(chǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)的意識(shí)。三、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)在具體問題中如何根據(jù)力的實(shí)際作用效果和平行四邊形定則進(jìn)行力的分解。

l.知識(shí)與技能:(1)知道摩擦力產(chǎn)生的條件。(2)能在簡(jiǎn)單問題中,根據(jù)物體的運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài),判斷靜摩擦力的有無、大小和方向;知道存在著最大靜摩擦力。(3)掌握動(dòng)磨擦因數(shù),會(huì)在具體問題中計(jì)算滑動(dòng)磨擦力,掌握判定摩擦力方向的方法。(4)知道影響到摩擦因數(shù)的因素。2.過程與方法:通過觀察演示實(shí)驗(yàn),概括出摩擦力產(chǎn)生的條件及摩擦力的特點(diǎn),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的觀察、概括能力。通過靜摩擦力與滑動(dòng)摩擦力的區(qū)別對(duì)比,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生分析綜合能力。3.情感態(tài)度價(jià)值觀:在分析物體所受摩擦力時(shí),突出主要矛盾,忽略次要因素及無關(guān)因素,總結(jié)出摩擦力產(chǎn)生的條件和規(guī)律。二、重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)分析1.本節(jié)課的內(nèi)容分滑動(dòng)摩擦力和靜摩擦力兩部分。重點(diǎn)是摩擦力產(chǎn)生的條件、特性和規(guī)律,通過演示實(shí)驗(yàn)得出關(guān)系f=μN(yùn)。2.難點(diǎn)是學(xué)生有初中的知識(shí),往往誤認(rèn)為壓力N的大小總是跟滑動(dòng)物體所受的重力相等,因此必須指出只有當(dāng)兩物體的接觸面垂直,物體在水平拉力作用下,沿水平面滑動(dòng)時(shí),壓力N的大小才跟物體所受的重力相等。

基于以上分析,為使本堂課圍繞重點(diǎn)、突破難點(diǎn),同時(shí)讓學(xué)生在課堂教學(xué)中能力得到提高,我設(shè)計(jì)如下教學(xué)過程。(一)創(chuàng)設(shè)情景認(rèn)識(shí)形變由同學(xué)們已有的形變知識(shí)入手,引入新課。教師演示:①?gòu)椈傻膲嚎s形變;②彈簧的拉伸形變③視頻播放:竹竿形變、鋼絲的扭轉(zhuǎn)形變。得出形變的概念及各類形變。[設(shè)計(jì)意圖:我從生活情景中引入新課,是為了激發(fā)學(xué)生的好奇心,為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)內(nèi)容作鋪墊。]設(shè)問:摩天大樓在風(fēng)的吹拂下會(huì)不會(huì)擺動(dòng),發(fā)生形變嗎?演示微小形變放大實(shí)驗(yàn):由于這種形變不容易觀察,會(huì)使學(xué)生產(chǎn)生疑問:到底有沒有發(fā)生形變?解決的辦法是微小形變的演示實(shí)驗(yàn)。為什么光點(diǎn)會(huì)往下移?讓學(xué)生帶著問題思考后得出結(jié)論:是由于桌面發(fā)生了形變,但是形變不明顯。為后面解決壓力和支持力都是彈力做好鋪墊。[設(shè)計(jì)意圖:使學(xué)生知道“放大”是一種科學(xué)探究的方法。]
