一、堅決維護平安穩(wěn)定發(fā)展環(huán)境。沒有平安，就沒有發(fā)展，安全穩(wěn)定的社會環(huán)境，是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的前提和基礎(chǔ)。我們將以市域社會治理現(xiàn)代化為牽引，不斷完善“綜治中心＋網(wǎng)格化＋信息化”治理體系，加大數(shù)治支撐，進一步加強綜治信息化平臺與經(jīng)開區(qū)信息化平臺的對接運用。將以“三零”創(chuàng)建和“雙提雙知”為抓手，扎實開展“十大專項治理行動”、重大突出不穩(wěn)定問題排查治理，全面清理清查經(jīng)開區(qū)各類風險隱患。將以開展社會治安巡防活動為保障，充分發(fā)動“五老人員”、治安積極分子積極參與群防群治、聯(lián)防聯(lián)控，把基層治理單元建設(shè)成為矛盾化解、風險預警、源頭防控的前沿陣地，不斷夯實經(jīng)開區(qū)平安穩(wěn)定根基。

同志們，企業(yè)家朋友們：嶺南春來早，漠陽氣象新。立春尚未至，景象已不凡。當大多數(shù)人還沉浸在春節(jié)團圓的喜悅時，省委、省政府新年開工的第一天就擂響了出征的戰(zhàn)鼓，播下了春天的種子，2.5萬人參與的全省高質(zhì)量發(fā)展大會，震驚了中外，“高質(zhì)量發(fā)展”“制造業(yè)當家”已成為高頻詞，“擼起袖子加油干”已成為南粵大地的沖鋒號角，一場凝心謀發(fā)展、聚力拼經(jīng)濟的壯闊畫卷在全省如火如荼地展開了。今天上午，市委、市政府隆重舉行全市高質(zhì)量發(fā)展推進會暨2023年第一季度重大項目集中簽約、開工、竣工活動，把高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)車推上了快車道。聚焦高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，聚力現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)，已成為春天的主旋律、時代的最強音。戰(zhàn)鼓催征馬蹄疾。全省已是春潮涌動，氣象萬新，XX沒有理由蟄伏春天。今天，區(qū)委、區(qū)政府在這里隆重召開全區(qū)高規(guī)格、大規(guī)模的盛會，就是要借著春光播下希望的種子，全力部署推動全區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，全面吹響2023年高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的集結(jié)號、沖鋒號。我們必須牢牢記住，市委賦予XX“打造陽江高質(zhì)量發(fā)展首善之區(qū)”的使命任務。

本文篇幅較長，并且有一字句不易理解，因而對高一學生來說完全讀懂內(nèi)容有一些困難。這樣的話，老師就要做好引導工作，把一些難點，或是出現(xiàn)詞類活用比較多，局勢比較特殊的句子，老師可以先給學生畫出來，存疑，或是與同學們一起討論解決。對那些不易懂的字詞就引導學生聯(lián)系上下文提供的語境、前后涉及的情節(jié)加以推測、判斷，以培養(yǎng)學生依據(jù)文脈推斷詞義的好方法。要求學生點出重點實詞、框出通假字，主要是為幫助學生積累和掌握一些文言文中常見的一詞多義、異讀現(xiàn)象、古今異義和通假現(xiàn)象的詞語，并進一步得出規(guī)律，指導今后的文言文學習。詞類活用和特殊句式在文言文翻譯中難度較大，也是本文教學的兩大難點。要求學生標出有活用現(xiàn)象的字和劃出句式特殊的句子，是基于兩點考慮：1、積累一定數(shù)量的第一手例句；2、引導學生加以分類，找出每類的相同特征，并抽取出來形成規(guī)律性的東西，從而上升到理性認識，使學生能由學會一個到會學多個。翻譯過程中注重指導學生養(yǎng)成用符號法表示重點字句的好習慣，如點、框、圈、劃線等符號應約定一致，便于突出翻譯中的重點、難點及復習。我的提示著重歸納了實詞“制”“亡”“遺”“利”等，名詞活用、形容詞活用、使動用法，被動句、狀語后置句。
